GoodLife fitness has become the largest Canadian fitness organization by adhering to a simple philosophy: caring. Goodlife gives every Canadian the opportunity to live a healthier, happier life – and feel better about themselves. Goodlife’s employee portal built on the Microsoft SharePoint product was deployed corporate wide and enabling all members to access the information they needed right at their fingertips. Issues quickly developed with the deployment, security and infrastructure that required the right expertise to get the product working right.

Resolution:

Akira systems worked with Goodlife’s I.T team to understand the issues and current infrastructure and then developed an action plan to resolve the issues including; a solution affecting persistent cookies on the user login, customizable search capabilities due to the volume and documents and data. Akira also provided the specifications / recommendations and expertise in deploying the portal in the new co-location.
